Singapore is such a futuristic city! In this video, I explore a different side of Singapore. In particular, Chinatown and Bugis area and later on Suntec City Mall. Enjoy the video and leave me a comment or a thumbs up, if you like the video! Our adventure begins in the heart of Chinatown, where ancient traditions blend seamlessly with contemporary allure. As we wander through the labyrinthine alleys and bustling market stalls, the sights, sounds, and smells of this vibrant neighborhood envelop us in a sensory symphony unlike any other. From the ornate temples and historic shophouses to the vibrant street art and trendy cafes, every corner of Chinatown tells a story of resilience, adaptation, and cultural fusion.
Travel with me to the Henderson Waves Bridge in Singapore! Walk through the Mount Faber Park forest, and experience the beautiful city of Singapore. If you are looking for places to see while in Singapore, this is definitely one of them! As we step onto the curved deck of Henderson Waves Bridge, we are greeted by a breathtaking panorama of the city skyline and lush greenery stretching out before us. Bathed in the soft golden glow of the setting sun, the bridge casts striking shadows and creates an ethereal ambiance that is nothing short of mesmerizing.
Immediately you enter the cloud forest, you are met by a beautiful 35 meter tall waterfall, which made me feel a drop in temperature. It is designed to mimic a cloud mountain, so thanks to air-conditioning and jets of cool vapour hidden all over the place, it really did feel like I was up in the mountains. Because the temperature of Singapore outside usually ranges from 25 to 35 °C, which is pretty hot, it was such a breeze to be in the cloud forest. It replicates the cool moist conditions found in tropical mountain regions between 1,000 metres and 3,000 metres above sea level, found in South-East Asia, Central- and South America.
